?The Question PointIndividual course

For teams and organizations

Better decisions at every level of responsibility.

From first-time team leads to presidents and the C-suite, Question Point provides a shared, repeatable method for checking assumptions, clarifying commitments and acting on evidence. Employees can use it in everyday decisions too.

Group course access · volume pricing · optional rollout support by arrangement

What changes at work

1

A vague yes becomes a testable commitment.

2

A behavioural clue becomes a question—not a verdict.

3

A confident story remains a hypothesis until evidence supports it.

4

A high-consequence decision receives proportionate verification.

For people responsible for decisions

From your first team to the decisions that shape an organization.

From a first-time team lead to a president or C-suite executive, practise checking assumptions, clarifying commitments and choosing an appropriate next action. Employees can use the same method in day-to-day decisions. Life, home and relationship examples help you apply the same method beyond your job.

First-time team leads

Clarify handoffs, check what happened before assigning blame and know when to ask for help or escalate.

Managers and department heads

Compare accounts, examine errors and choose a fair, proportionate action with clear ownership and review points.

Directors and senior leaders

Test competing explanations across teams, challenge unsupported forecasts and distinguish agreement from a deliverable commitment.

Presidents and the C-suite

Question the evidence behind consequential proposals, clarify conditions and downside, and update decisions when the facts change.

The organizational value

Better judgment without teaching people to distrust every signal.

The method does not teach employees to ignore intuition or human behaviour. It teaches them to notice meaningful clues, keep credible explanations open, verify what matters and act in proportion to the evidence.

Clearer conversations

Employees learn to separate what was observed from the explanation they formed, then ask a question that reduces uncertainty.

Stronger commitments

Teams learn to distinguish enthusiasm from ownership, deadlines, scope and a next action that can be verified.

Better-calibrated decisions

People match confidence and consequence to the quality of the evidence instead of acting on a plausible first story.

Appropriate risk escalation

Managers notice changes in language, behaviour and context without treating a clue as proof or ignoring it entirely.

Pricing based on rollout and support

Request pricing

Planned paid access: when organizational accounts launch, each purchased seat will belong to one named employee and include the course, updates and additional Question Point training added to the membership.

Seat protection: seats are not endlessly reusable as employees change. Transfer terms, facilitation and custom rollout support are confirmed in the organization’s proposal.

Corporate volume pricing cannot be combined with promotional discount codes. Pricing for 1,000 or more employees is confirmed after the rollout and support requirements are understood.

The learning program

Train, practise and demonstrate the method.

Planned for the paid team rollout: named employee seats, account-based progress, certificate verification, completion reporting and team-level learning trends.

Designed for individual accountability.

The current pilot lets each invited learner complete the course, assessment and certificate on one browser. Organization accounts and reporting are not active yet.

Designed for first-time team leads, managers, directors, presidents and C-suite leaders, with practical applications for employees throughout the organization. Leaders and learning teams can review fit before rollout.
