Frequently asked questions

The practical answers, in one place.

What the training does, how it works, what it includes and what happens after you begin.

What will The Question Point help me do?

It teaches you to separate facts from interpretation, keep credible explanations open, ask questions that produce useful information and choose an action that fits the evidence. The practical benefit is clearer decisions, better conversations and fewer reactions based on assumptions.

Why should I take the diagnostic?

The 20-situation diagnostic shows which of five judgment skills is currently helping you most and where focused practice could make the greatest difference. Your result explains the pattern in plain language and recommends where to begin.

How long does the diagnostic take?

Most people complete the 20 situations in about 12–15 minutes. You receive your private, provisional result immediately.

How long does the complete course take?

Allow approximately 7–9 hours for all five modules, the integrated challenge and the final assessment. You can stop after any stage and return later.

Is the course only for workplace decisions?

No. The same judgment habits appear in leadership, hiring, sales and negotiation, but also in relationships, family, money and everyday choices. The training deliberately uses both professional and personal situations.

What happens after the diagnostic?

You receive a five-skill profile, a clear explanation of what it can mean in real life and a recommended first module. During the pilot, you can open that lesson immediately and tell us what was clear, difficult or missing.

Does the pilot cost anything?

No. Pilot access is free while the diagnostic and course are being tested. The public offer and founding price will be introduced only after the learning experience is ready.

How is the certificate earned?

Completion alone is not enough. Learners must meet the overall final-assessment standard, reach the minimum standard in every assessed skill and avoid a serious high-confidence judgment error.

What happens if I do not pass?

You are directed to the skill that needs review. After completing its mastery check, you can take a different 15-situation reassessment rather than repeating the same test.

Is my information private?

During the pilot, diagnostic results and course progress are saved on the browser being used. The course uses fictional practice cases; no conversation submission is required.

Can organizations purchase access for teams?

Yes. Separate seats, individual progress records and certificates are planned for each employee. Team reporting will focus on completion and aggregate learning signals rather than private reflections or pasted conversations.

Ready to see your starting point?

The free diagnostic uses 20 realistic situations and takes about 12–15 minutes.
