The Question Point — Terms of Service

Course purchase

One purchase provides access for one learner to The Question Point — Online Course. This is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. No physical product is included.

The course is self-paced. Estimated completion time is approximately 7–9 hours; your pace and review time may vary.

Lifetime access

Lifetime access means access to the purchased course for as long as The Question Point operates the course platform. There is no scheduled expiry or recurring access charge.

Updates to this course are included. Separate future courses, coaching and other services are not automatically included. Lifetime access does not guarantee that the platform will operate indefinitely. If the platform is discontinued, we will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable.

Payment and delivery

The price, currency, discounts and applicable taxes are shown before you complete checkout. Course access is provided after successful payment confirmation, according to our digital delivery policy.

Personal use

Your access is for your own learning. You may not share, transfer or resell it, or reproduce, distribute or commercially reuse course materials without permission, except as permitted by law.

Use accurate contact information and keep your access details private. Contact us to arrange access for a team or multiple learners.

Educational purpose

The course develops practical judgment through observation, context, alternatives, questioning and calibration. It does not provide individualized legal, medical, financial or employment advice, and does not guarantee particular personal, professional or commercial outcomes.

Certificate of completion

A certificate is earned only after completing the required course activities and meeting the published assessment requirements. Purchasing the course alone does not earn a certificate.

The certificate records course completion. It is not an accredited professional qualification, licence or endorsement by a professional regulator.

Technical access and support

You need a suitable device, internet connection and supported web browser. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical problems.

For access problems, contact thinkloud@live.ca. Our refund policy applies if we cannot provide or restore your purchased access.

Privacy and refunds

Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Digital Delivery Policy explain the relevant data, purchase and access practices.

Changes and legal rights

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights promised with an existing purchase without a lawful basis.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
